You can also refer to the 4 Time Zone Colors = Intervals that are multiples of 4 hours between the same colors*.
For example, between London, vs Singapore or Malaysia (in pink color) the time difference (in standard time) will be London, UK 8 hours behind Singapore or Malaysia. During Europe Daylight Saving Time we will subtract 1 hour = 7 hours behind.
Brussels, Central Europe standard time will be 4:30 hours behind India. During Europe Daylight Saving Time, one hour is subtracted, resulting in a time difference of 3:30 hours.
*Exceptions: Different colors are used for India and some countries that use intermediate time zones. For example, Burma
• As of (last Sunday in March) with the start of Europe daylight saving time, Belgium is +2h, and New Delhi is +5:30h, so Belgium will be 3:30 hours behind New Delhi.
• As of (last Sunday in October) with the return to Europe standard time, Belgium is +1 and New Delhi +5:30h, so Belgium will be 4:30 hours behind New Delhi.
