You can quickly check the current time difference between and Canada and the US by viewing the current time zone at the top right of both countries. time zone clocks . clock symbols info
Canada and the US share the same time change and very similar time zones, with some exceptions during daylight saving time, eg.
• Canada: Saskatchewan in CST (Central standard Time). Most of Saskatchewan does not use daylight saving time.
• US: Arizona, MST (Mountain standard Time), most of Arizona does not use daylight saving time.
Time zones that do not use daylight saving time year-round, appear with the time zone color dimmed in addition to the symbol that appears above the clock.
Eg Arizona in the US and Yukon Territory in Canada, both MST (Mountain Standard Time), appear in lighter green.
You can also refer to the 4 Time Zone Colors = Intervals that are multiples of 4 hours between the same colors.
For example, between Vancouver, British Columbia and Halifax, Nova Scotia (both in pink), the time difference (both in standard or winter time) will be Vancouver, British Columbia, 4 hours behind Halifax, Nova Scotia.
