The US and Canada share the same time change and very similar time zones, with some exceptions during daylight saving time, eg.
US: Arizona, MST (Mountain standard Time). Most of Arizona does not use daylight saving time.
Canada: Saskatchewan in CST (Central standard Time). Most of Saskatchewan does not use daylight saving time.
